Jim O’Donnell, CFA*Portfolio Manager
21 Years of Experience
Mr. O’Donnell is a Portfolio Manager for Forward Management, LLC. In his role, he oversees Forward’s Investment Committees and contributes to Forward’s complete lineup of strategies. Prior to joining Forward, Mr. O’Donnell was an analyst with Meisenbach Capital, conducting fundamental and financial analysis for a hedge fund portfolio as well as being involved in trading, operations and risk management. Earlier, Mr. O’Donnell was a portfolio manager and investment officer for Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management, responsible for stock selection and financial analysis for large cap, mid cap and small cap separately managed account portfolios from 1993 until 2001. Mr. O’Donnell began his career as an institutional options trader. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BS from Cornell University as well as an MBA from the University of San Diego. |

David Ruff, CFA*Portfolio Manager

Mr. Ruff is a Portfolio Manager for Forward Management, LLC. In his role, Mr. Ruff is a member of Forward’s Investment Committee and oversees Forward’s Dividend-Based strategies. Previously, Mr. Ruff was the Chief Investment Officer for Berkeley Capital Management. Prior to Berkeley, he served as Chief Investment Officer of London Pacific Advisors and chaired the LPA Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Ruff is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated magna cum laude from Iowa State University with a BS in Finance. He is currently a member of the CFA Institute and the Security Analysts of San Francisco. Mr. Ruff also served as the President and Director for the Security Analysts of Sacramento from 1998 through 2001. |

Mr. Coleman is a Portfolio Manager for Forward Management, LLC. In his role, Mr. Coleman is a member of Forward’s Investment Committee and oversees Forward’s SmallMid Core strategy. Previously, he was a portfolio manager and analyst for Berkeley Capital Management. Prior to Berkeley, Mr. Coleman was a portfolio manager at London Pacific Advisors from 1998 until 2001. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BA from the University of California, Davis as well as an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). |

Bruce BrewingtonPortfolio Manager

Mr. Brewington is a Portfolio Manager for Forward Management, LLC. In his role, Mr. Brewington is a member of Forward’s Investment Committee and contributes to Forward’s complete lineup of strategies. Previously, Mr. Brewington was a portfolio manager and analyst for Berkeley Capital Management. Prior to Berkeley, he spent eight years as a sell-side analyst covering international financial services companies with Putnam Lovell Securities. He also worked as an equity analyst covering financial service equities with Prudential Securities, an auditor with Price Waterhouse and a research chemist with SmithKline. Mr. Brewington holds a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado as well as an MBA from the University of Notre Dame de Namur. |
